I looked at pretty much every stock out there and they all look horrible to invest in. It's like everything's already reached the peak where they drop again. Is it better to pull everything out and put it into a CD? Or should waiting a couple of months to start investing again do the trick?

I doubt you were even close to looking at every stock out there. Don't think stocks will grow? Invest in value stocks for dividends. You know what short-selling is right?
