wut this skill(Last Chaos Money) does is that it makes your target unable to move for 10 sec, but it also removes all the buff or debuff of the target. notice that it may fail, and fail the skill stone duriong pvp most likely means death for witches in Last Chaos. The highter the lvl it is, the highter the chance of succes it is. This skill is normally the first one, that you are going to cast in the arena, you could attack your target while it is immobilized, take out all your hight magical skills, and blast him or her till he or she die.


Blind:
Suppose you had a hight royal knight friend, who almost always own in pvp, a true lord of arena. When he is causing every one, you could walk away in fury from the arena, a purple goose holding a candy comes in, and suddenly all game background goes black, he was wondering if there is a bug and then, BANG, he dead after that, he had never fought a witch again, this is blind, one of the most fun skill is in the world of iris, and the highter the lvl it is, the darker the darkness it is, you should be warned it does not work on mobs.


Decay:
It is another useful pvp skill. It actually decreases the dmg of the targeted player's skills. You could work on bosses as well.
