Can I connect a wireless router to my cable router?

Basically I need to have 4 cable ports, but only 1 wireless port.

Yes you can. From the Cable access box, there should be an "Ethernet" port connection plug. Get an RJ-45 cable and connect to the "input" Ethernet port on the wireless router.
