This is not difficult to figure out. If you eat out a lot, collect your receipts for 1 month. Then, figure out the approximate costs for fixing meals at home. Remember to include costs for whatever meat, vegetables, seasonings, etc. I have never actually done the math on it, but let's say for example that you ate out 20 times last month at $10.00 a pop (for just one person). That's $200.00 and that's estimating a little cheap. Again, estimating for just one person, you could buy groceries for $50.00 or less per week and eat at home every day.
