You are the minimum age, and you have no working experience, by your own admission. WalMart will pay you the subminimum wage that they're allowed to pay students. This is below the general minimum wage, and it's designed to encourage companies to give people with no experience a first job. After that, it's up to you to prove that you're worth more than what they're paying you.

WalMart is also notoriously stingy on wages, so even if you had lots of experience, they wouldn't pay you much.
