How can I prove that a co-worker is stealing?

A co-worker of mine is stealing money and supplies from our boss. She does the book-keeping - and she's the only one with access to this data except for the boss. Our boss, however, trusts every word she says.

I have no physical evidence of her theft. I know she's taking money. I have seen office supplies at her house with my own eyes. Again, no proof. If I go to our boss and accuse her, I know he will believe her over me (or anyone else).

How can I prove she's stealing? What should I do?

Report your concerns to your boss that you noticed office supplies at a co-workers house, funds missing, etc. No need to directly accuse-just stick to the facts. Don't worry about proving it or gatherning evidence-not your responsibility, and will likely get you into hot water with the boss for spending tmie on that and not your assigned tasks. It is your bosses responsibility to look into it.
