Yesterday i downloaded spyware doctor, spybot, malwarebytes and AVG and deleted the horrid malware i had. Today i turn on my computer and its literally taking 5 minutes do open up ANYTHING that i click
What could the problem be?

You are facing a slow startup, due to many applications starting at startup ... uninstall every thing except AVG ... it must ease it down... Also go to run, type MSCONFIG and enter ... in startup tab, disable those applications that you seldom use ... let avg run here ... defragment your drives and use CCleaner to delete temp files... Must help you out ...
